Full Refund Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund on returned merchandise. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Original Condition
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that are not in their original condition.

Exclusions
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any Stolen, Seized, or Lost packages during the return process. Additionally, LF Universal will issue refunds for items that are Damaged, Defective, or Expired, provided the customer sends the item back to us. However, we do not provide refunds for return postage.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at newagemrkt@gmail.com with your Order ID and Tracking Number. Upon receiving this information, we will provide you with the return address.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return an order. Any shipping costs paid by you to return the product to us will not be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless an error was made by us.
